giving back
in my practice and in my life, i am dedicated to making a positive impact and giving back to the community that has nurtured me. in addition to my private practice, i offer free bodywork sessions through two hudson valley health and wellness organizations serving communities in need, allowing me to provide comfort and relief to those who might not otherwise have access to these services. through these small acts of kindness, i hope to express my gratitude and foster a sense of well-being and connection within our community.
holistic health community

the holistic health community has been dedicated to providing holistic healthcare and education to our local community and beyond since march 2012. volunteer practitioners offer a wide range of services during community holistic healthcare days on the third tuesday of each month, and during virtual community holistic healthcare weeks, the last week of each month. the hhc also offers classes, films, and special events to educate the public about holistic self-care and well-being—physical, emotional, and spiritual. no money or insurance is required, but clients are invited to give a donation or to pay-it-forward by doing an act of kindness for someone in need.
o+ exchange clinic
kingston ny
established in 2024, the o+ exchange clinic offers year-round healthcare to o+ artist alumni, led by dr. lizette edge. the clinic facilitates the exchange of medical services for artistic contributions, providing free healthcare—from checkups to dentistry to massage—for artists through direct service exchanges. healthcare practitioners volunteer their skills to build a model of preventative and wellness care that values individuals and their contributions. in return, artists offer free tickets to performances, create public artworks, provide art or music classes, and contribute other skills to the community.
in addition to health services, the o+ exchange clinic plans to host exhibitions, workshops, and live music events to deepen connections within kingston’s creative community and expand the network of artists who can access our services.
