our session

our 60-minute personalized session is designed to guide you on a path towards awareness and holistic well-being, using the body’s wisdom as our compass. a typical session will include these parts:

  • you’re invited to share about yourself and what’s been happening in your life. we’ll talk about what’s important to you and about your intentions and goals for the session. your insights and values provide a roadmap for our shared exploration.

  • gentle questions and prompts direct your awareness inward, fostering a deep connection with your body's sensations, emotions, and energies. this meditation often points us to places wanting attention and care, to unlock the wisdom your body holds, nurturing a heightened sense of self-awareness.

  • drawing from a palette of powerful somatic techniques, we'll explore various healing interventions to facilitate your transformation:

    guided meditation: move your attention to what your body is expressing that invites somatic expression and understanding, leading you to embodied insights and revelations.

    breath work: explore conscious breath as a tool to access the soma, invite opening, and access profound states of presence.

    movement: engage in gentle movements that encourage the flow of energy, supporting the release of physical and emotional blockages.

    intuitive touch and massage: free and balance energy, grounding you in the present moment, and fostering a profound connection with their authentic self.

    energy work: Immerse yourself in the subtle world of energy, as we employ techniques to rebalance and harmonize your energetic centers.

  • as the session draws to a close, we'll facilitate the integration process. reflect on your experience, allowing its insights to settle and become part of your being. we'll discuss any revelations, emotions, or shifts that occurred, and talk about what actions to take to embody what was learned.
